This hotel was a good match for a getaway in Norwalk with very good value for money. The staff quickly dealt with a cockroach issue in the store, which was impressive. Just be aware that parking costs extra.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

Our family enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. The spacious King Room provided excellent relaxation after a day of exploring. The nearby restaurants offered great dining options, and we loved the friendly staff. For future guests, try the breakfast buffet early for the best experience!

We had a relaxing stay with our large family and dogs, enjoying the spacious King Room and friendly staff. The chocolate chip oatmeal cookie at check-in was a delightful treat! The hotel amenities, especially the clean pool area, made our time enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better for families with children.

Welcoming, attentive staff and clean, spacious rooms.

We enjoyed the nice bar area and loved that we were close to Disneyland and great restaurants. Free parking was a plus! Just a heads up, breakfast isn't included and can be basic. Overall, it’s a solid place to unwind after exploring.

One downside was that our room smelled a bit stuffy. We had to keep the windows open to air it out, which wasn't ideal after a long day. The housekeeping could've done a better job with that.

The shower design is a mess. water leaks out due to a gap in the doors, leaving the bathroom floor wet and requiring us to use towels to clean up. Also, the room had a stuffy smell, so we had to keep the windows open, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, some basic maintenance seems lacking, as the TV had technical issues and didn't work properly during our stay. Prices for food in the hotel also seemed a little steep compared to nearby options, not to mention the extra charges for parking.
